Ordering and Payment
All online orders are processed through PayPal and we accept Stripe as well, to ensure a safe and seamless transactions by reducing the chance of theft or fraudulent misuse of customer's information.
Order Processing takes between 1-2 business days after recieving your order. All items are shipped via USPS priority mail and typically take 2-3 business days to arrive after being shipped. Orders outside of the United States can take up to 7 business days to arrive.
Pre-Ordered Items
Pre-Order items generally take longer to receive. Typical processing and shipping procedures do not apply to pre-ordered items. Please email us with any concerns regarding pre-order items @[email protected].
Return
All sales are final. In the case of broken items, you will be allowed to exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. In cases where delivered items are reported stolen, each case will be handled on an individual basis.
ATTENTION: Effective Monday September 25, 2017 all items shipped will require a signature. This policy is in place to ensure that all items are delivered without incident. Please review your order to ensure that your item(s) are sent to an address where you will be available to sign for it. If you have special circumstances and would like your order to be delivered without a signature please make note of that when purchasing online.
